I was once told by a wise man, the only 4 things you need to know.
- Always paddle your own boat
- The Church is true
- Beano works
- Roll your own weed
'Nuff said.

Me and my counterpart, Sam, stayed up til about 4am on Friday night waiting for the Zombie Apocalypse.
It never came.
We practiced by playing Call of Duty: Black Ops til our eyes were bloodshot and our brains were fried.
We consumed large amounts of Mt. Dew to keep ourselves awake. Not exactly the healthiest thing to do...
Pretending to be zombies *tee hee*
Oh boy. Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like without the worry of a zombie apocalypse.

PROMENADE: 7 MAY 2011
Let me start out by describing my date.
Cotton Fitzsimmons. He is SO charming. I've never met a guy that is so sweet and willing to do anything for me. He made Prom the most amazing experience. His attention to details is almost quite unbelievable. (Yes, this is a boy we are talking about.) I can't even begin to list all the things he did to make it the best night ever.
My corsage.
Can you say GORGEOUS? It matched my dress perfectly. There was this beautiful white orchid in the middle, surrounded by little white rose buds (my favorite flower.)The bracelet attached to it was so pretty that I had to save it and make a bracelet out of it.
(If you notice other things on my hand, you will see these disgusting little plastic things attached to my fingernails. Try your hardest to ignore those, please.)
My dress.
My wonderful Aunt Christina gave me this dress, it happened to fit me almost exactly.
The hair, make-up, and everything in between is courtesy of Angie Bristow, Jessica Oakley, and Lacey Hilliard.
My shoes.
We wore converse :) seriously, can anyone imagine me in heels?
And here are a couple great shots that our talented photographer Mary Taylor caught.
And my favorite of me:
And another with Cotton, cuz he's a total babe:
We had an AWESOME day date at Extreme Air Sports in Provo, and ate a great (tasting) dinner. The dance was super fun, and it was all in all just a fantastic night. I couldn't have asked for a better date, or a better group.
